All plaques carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the purchase date.
What's covered
Defects in the NFC chip, peeling of the printed QR, or manufacturing damage visible upon receiving the product.
What's not covered
Damage from misuse, impact, water immersion or exposure to extreme temperatures.
How to claim
Email us at hola@tensorlux.com with a photo of the defect and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
